Coach Cesar · Founder. 21 years in the industry, a natural pro bodybuilder who placed 8th in the world (2024) and a competitive powerlifter. A certified performance nutrition coach with a background in clinical massage therapy. He also founded Strength Center — now in its 12th year and thousands of clients strong — and built Strength Studio so a coach like Brandon could bring that same standard to our neighbors.
